We assist our clients in crafting or refining their job descriptions. We like to meet with both the client contact and the "report-to" person whenever possible to gain a first-hand impression of the people and environment. This enables us to better match candidates with opportunities beyond basic skills/title/salary needs. We are happy to custom-tailor interviews with candidates and reference checking in whatever manner the client wishes. Without exception, whenever geographically feasible, we meet with each candidate to conduct an in-depth interview
